Online Registration Platform — UCAC-ICAM

Context

UCAC-ICAM Institute, a higher engineering education institution in Douala, managed its entrance exam registrations entirely manually, with paper forms and fragmented administrative tracking.

Problem

The manual process generated significant delays, information losses, difficulty tracking applications in real time, and a poor candidate experience. The administration could not easily centralize and analyze received applications.

Solution

Development of a web platform allowing candidates to register online and track their application status. On the administration side, a centralized back-office allows efficient management, filtering and processing of all applications.
